Terms and refunds

GC Patch makes funny badges for group chats. By using the site you agree to these terms.

What you get

Your group's 4 badges are free. Paid extras are digital: everyone's personal badges ($4.99 for the whole group) and custom badges ($3.99 each). Real products are printed and mailed by our printing partner, Printful: holo stickers, sticker sheets, sets of 5 buttons and stitched patches.

Shipping

We ship to the United States only, and shipping is included in the price. Orders print in 2 to 5 business days (patches can take a few days more), then take 3 to 7 days in the mail. We email a tracking link when your order ships.

Refunds and replacements

All sales are final. Every item is printed with your group's own design, so we can't take returns or exchanges, or give refunds for a change of mind, for an event that's over, or because printed colors look a little different from a screen. The only exceptions are below.

Arrived damaged or misprinted. Within 14 days of delivery, email help@gcpatch.com your order link and a photo of the item together with the package it came in. We check every claim with our printer. If it arrived damaged or misprinted, we reprint those items once, free. If a reprint isn't possible, we refund those items. We don't cover damage after delivery, like wear, washing, ironing or heat.

Lost in the mail. If tracking shows your package never arrived, tell us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We check with the carrier and send a new one. If tracking shows it was delivered, we can't replace it, but we'll help you with the carrier.

Wrong address. Please check your address at checkout. If a package comes back because the address was wrong or it wasn't picked up, we can send it again once the new shipping is paid.

Cancelling. Email us right away. We can cancel and refund your order only before it goes to print.

Digital extras. If your personal badges or a custom badge don't arrive, or come out broken (like a misspelled word), we make them again or refund you in full.

We may decline claims that don't meet these terms or that look like misuse.

What you make

GC Patch is for adults. You need to be 18 or older to use it.

You're responsible for what you type. Don't use it to harass anyone, and don't include private details like phone numbers or addresses. We block hateful text and may remove anything that breaks these rules. Please don't use official logos, Greek letters or trademarks you don't own on products.

How the photos are made

The lines and pictures are made by AI from your answers, then checked. Product previews show your exact print file, but real printed colors and stitching can look a little different from a screen.
